live your knowing. trust your knowing.
the stories of the visionaries shaping culture behind the scenes.
all interviews conducted and released in 2019 and 2020. titles and companies have not been updated to reflect current positions.
originally ideated as “scene”, knowing place asked creatives and creative executives vulnerable questions: “when did you first feel seen — in your industry, and in your life? and when did you first see yourself?”
the evolution from scene to knowing came out of a newfound awareness:
while being seen by others is extremely important for external validation, the true ability to push the bounds of artistry and creative business comes from one’s knowing. that internal, intuitive flow that surpasses logic, reason, and understanding; the assertion of I am that, in fact, causes the masses to finally see..
these visionaries move from this place of knowing.
